Position:  Client Account Associate


The client account associate will play a multifaceted role in delivering our software, delivering training services to clients and seek growth opportunities. We are looking for a talented team-player who works well and enjoys collaboration with other team members.


  • Plan/design strategic plans in the ESM application for some of the world’s largest organizations

  • Work closely with new and existing clients to guide them through ESM software implementation processes to drive client adoption and ongoing positive outcomes

  • Manage day to day relationships with customers including onsite and remote based ESM implementation and training services

  • Collaborate with the product team, development team, and senior leadership team, share ideas, and support execution of ESM product improvements based on client delivery experience and customer feedback

  • Be part of the quality and assurance team and manage bug/feature tracking

  • Test and address product enhancements and bugs uncovered by clients or during development cycles

  • Create custom training content to support client consumption of ESM software

  • Update product documentation and training collateral

  • Lead product enhancement initiatives


  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with a strong undergraduate academic record. All majors welcome to apply.

  • Zero to two years of experience in strategy, software, industry consulting

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must

  • Ability to work with both functional and technical team members

  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects

  • Energetic self-starter who is motivated to succeed and make an impact

  • Ability to attain a US Federal Security Clearance

  • Some occasional domestic travel required, perhaps with opportunities for international travel, once safe to do so again
